Modifying Power BI source details entails changing the connection settings or the location of your data source. Here’s a step-by-step guide to assist you in this process:

1. Click on the menu bar at the top and select “File.”
2. A drop-down menu will open, click on “Options & settings” from there.
3. Click on “Data Source Settings” under “Options & settings.”
4. When the “Data Source Settings” window opens, you can see two tabs there; “Data Sources in Current File” and “Global Permissions.”
5. You click on “Data Sources in Current File” to manage the data sources depending on the file you are working on.
6. Locate the data source you wish to refresh, and then click on it.
7. After you select the data source, click “Change Source” to change the file path or connection details.
